While promoting her next movie, Mr. and Mrs. Mahi, Janhvi Kapoor revealed details about filming Devara: Part 1 alongside Jr. NTR during a press conference in New Delhi.

Actress Janhvi Kapoor has stoked fans' anticipation once again for the release of Devara: Part 1, the highly anticipated magnum opus featuring NTR Jr. in the title role, after providing a glimpse inside her role as Thangam. On Monday, Janhvi Kapoor traveled to Delhi to promote her next movie, Mr. and Mrs. Mahi. But the attention was drawn to her ebullient comments regarding her part in the eagerly awaited Devara: Part 1. The film, which is helmed by Koratala Siva, stars Janhvi and Jr. NTR and is her first joint venture with the RRR actor.

Part 1 of Janhvi Kapoor on Devara

Janhvi conveyed her sincere appreciation and enthusiasm for being a part of Devara: Part 1. "I have a really fun character. I had a terrific time working on that set because of the love and passion with which those people conduct their work and because of their truly amazing stories. Every story is delivered by them with conviction. Their films exhibit a distinct temperament, passion, and attitude, making them highly distinctive. And I think I'm really fortunate to have this chance," she remarked.

Jr. NTR on Devara: Initial Part

Devara: Part 1 has been receiving a lot of attention lately, particularly in light of Jr. NTR's recent remarks made at a Hyderabad event. "It's my promise to you all that the wait for Devara will be worth it and every fan will raise their collar in pride once the film releases," the actor said, reassuring supporters that the wait would be worthwhile.

His remarks have only increased interest in the movie, which is expected to have exciting action scenes and a remarkable musical score. The film, which also features Saif Ali Khan in a major part, is Jr. NTR and the director's second joint venture. Their first, Janatha Garage, was a commercial hit in 2016 and won critical and popular praise.

Concerning Devara

This year, on October 10, which falls on the weekend of Dussehra, the first installment of Devara is scheduled for release. The film, which was presented by Nandamuri Kalyan Ram and produced by Yuvasudha Arts and NTR Arts, has cinematography by R Rathnavelu and music by Anirudh Ravichander.

The cast of Janhvi as Thangam unveiled a new poster lately. It features the actress in an ethereal half-saree, poised next to a tree, accessorized with exquisite jewelry and a red bindi.

Future Projects
Janhvi is excitedly anticipating the release of Mr. and Mrs. Mahi, which is directed by Sharan Sharma, aside from Devara: Part 1. The film, in which Rajkummar Rao also stars, is centered on love, drama, and cricket. Janhvi and Sharan Sharma collaborated on Mr & Mrs Mahi, their second project together following the success of Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl. Additionally, it brings her and Rajkummar Rao back together after their collaboration in the horror-comedy Roohi. Mr and Mrs Mahi, supported by Dharma Productions, helmed by Karan Johar, is scheduled for premiere on May 31.
