Paris Hilton talked about how often Spears comes home and how much time she spends with her "babies."

After Britney Spears got into a heated altercation with her rumored ex-boyfriend at the Chateau Marmont Hotel in Los Angeles in May, her fans began to worry about her mental health.

"I hate to say it, but the way this is all going - this is what we feared," the insider said, speaking about the singer's wellbeing and revealing that she has "serious mental health issues and was going completely off the rails."

The good news for her admirers is that she still gets along well with Paris Hilton and enjoys spending time with her at her Los Angeles residence, "especially the babies."
