Madgaon Express, Kunal Kemmu's first feature film, has made Rs 11.15 crore at the box office in just five days. Due to Holi, the movie, which debuted on March 22, 2024, had an extended weekend.

The movie made Rs 1.50 crore on Day 5 (its first Tuesday) after earning Rs 2.6 crore on Day 4. In the Hindi belt, the movie's overall occupancy was 12.75 percent. At the box office, the movie competed with Randeep Hooda's "Swatantrya Veer Savarkar."
