Premier League: Manchester United vs. Everton, 2-0, as it happened

United suffered defeats in their last two Premier League experiences, including Sunday's derby versus Manchester City.

Despite their eight-game losing streak, Everton has received a reprieve in the Premier League after their 10-point deduction for breaking financial regulations was lowered to six after an appeal.
Aston Villa, who now occupy the fourth Champions League playoff slot, are eight points ahead of United.
On Sunday, Villa faces Tottenham Hotspur, presently in the fifth spot.
