The avant-garde, interactive movie has been chosen for the Let's Spook Cannes program. Varsha Bollamma plays the lead role in the movie.

Iruvam, a multilingual film that was produced in both Tamil and English, has been chosen as one of the four global entries for the Cannes Film Festival's Let's Spook Cannes event. A World's Premier Film Festival #Iruvam's Landmark Indian Entry, starring @VarshaBollamma Varsha, who was ecstatic, retweeted the article and wrote, "Very excited about this one!!!" Eeeeeeeeeeppp!!!!


Concerning Iruvam

The distinction between gaming and film is blurred in the interactive movie Iruvam. With many endings, the film's plots will be influenced by the choices made by the audience in this revolutionary full motion video (FMV). The description bears resemblance to Black Mirror: Bandersnatch on Netflix. Sidhu Kumaresan, Shanmathi, and Bala Guru will be in the film, which is directed by Manoj Annadurai, who is well-known for the independent English film Get Happy.The movie will make its premiere at Cannes on May 17–20, after which it will be made available on mobile devices. 


Future Projects

Varsha has not yet disclosed her next ventures, however she was most recently seen with Sundeep Kishan in the Telugu movie Ooru Peru Bhairavakona. The actor, who made her feature debut in 2015's Sathuran, rose to stardom in 2018's 96, a joint venture with Vijay Sethupathi and Trisha. That same year, she made her Malayalam film debut with Kalyanam. She made her acting debuts in Telugu in Choosi Choodangaane (starring Shiva Kandukuri) and Kannada in Mane Number 13 in 2020. Since then, she has acted in movies including Akka Kuruvi, Jaanu, and Middle Class Melodies.
