Jacqueline Fernandez is the latest actor from India to be confirmed for this year's Cannes Film Festival in France.

At the Cannes Film Festival in France, actor Jacqueline Fernandez is poised to make an impression. She exclaims to ANI that she is thrilled to represent BMW while walking the red carpet. Jacqueline is the latest actor from India to attend the film festival, joining the likes of Aishwarya Rai, Aditi Rao Hydari, Kirara Advani, and Sobhita Dhulipala. "I am really excited to attend the Cannes Film Festival again this year, this time in association with BMW, and I cannot wait for it," Jacqueline said to ANI. Being able to represent the Southeast Asian diaspora internationally feels fantastic, and it's an honor to walk the coveted red carpet where so many legendary people have before me. 

It's Jacqueline's second time attending Cannes. According to TOI, she was invited by the Queen of Malaysia in 2015, and she even showed up on a private yacht for Naomi Campbell's 45th birthday celebration. She has had glamorous and exciting adventures in the past, and this year she hopes to make even more priceless memories.

This year, Aishwarya, a veteran of Cannes, will be joined by rookies Kiara and Sobhita at the esteemed film festival. At the festival, Aditi will also represent India. In an orange gown, Deepti Sadhwani made waves on the Cannes 2024 red carpet, and Urvashi Rautela posted photos from France. Sobhita is representing Magnum India, Kiara will represent India at the Red Sea Film Foundation's Women in Cinema Gala event, and Aishwarya and Aditi will be attending Cannes on behalf of L'Oreal Paris.
