On Friday night, 48-year-old Tamil actor Daniel Balaji passed away from a heart attack. The actor's unexpected passing has taken the Tamil cinema industry's colleagues, family, and admirers by surprise.
Daniel Balaji was taken to a hospital in Chennai's Kottivakam area yesterday after he reportedly complained of chest problems, according to media sources. But despite the physicians' best efforts, Balaji was not going to live.
For last rites, Daniel Balaji's body has been brought to his Purasaiwalkam home.

He ventured into television as well, appearing in Radikaa Sarathkumar's "Chithhi" in a significant capacity. The actor, who gained the screen name Daniel Balaji, played the character of Daniel in a TV series.
