for a high-protein brownie that helped her lose weight from 110 kg to 70 kg.

common on weight loss journeys, but balance is essential. Contrary to popular
assumption, indulging in particular sweets does not always impede advancement.
Sharon Rodrigues, a lady who lost weight from 110 kg to 70 kg, talks about the
dessert that helped her along the way.
"I swear this brownie recipe
carried me through my entire wellness journey," Sharon wrote in an
Instagram post on December 16. High protein, incredibly satisfying, and
guilt-free and it tastes just like dessert. Let's examine her recipe in more
detail.
Ingredients: 3
ripe bananas (if not, heat for a little while).
A dash of cinnamon
A pinch of salt
One tablespoon of vanilla extract
One teaspoon of baking soda
One pot of flavored protein yoghurt (around 20g protein) or Greek yoghurt in
its place
Two entire eggs (~12g protein)
30g of cocoa powder (around 5g of
protein)
3.5g of protein in 100ml of milk
Two scoops (~50g) of whey protein
100g of rolled oats (~13g of protein)
Berries, dark chocolate chips, and honey are optional.
The entire tray contains 105g of protein.
1. Mash the bananas in a bowl as the
first step.
2. Combine all of the wet and dry ingredients.
3. Stir until chocolaty and smooth.
4. Transfer to a baking tray that has been prepared, then evenly distribute.
5. If preferred, garnish with chocolate chips or blueberries.
6. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 180°C.
7. Before cutting, let it cool fully.
