Trailer for Indian 2: For the follow-up to their 1996 cult vigilante film, filmmaker S Shankar teams back with Tamil actor Kamal Haasan, eighteen years after the first installment. The second installment will be action-packed and patriotic if the teaser is any indication. \

How does the trailer look?

The trailer opens with several crimes and frauds occurring around the nation, followed by a woman's voiceover outlining the problems Indians are currently facing, including a lack of jobs, high tax burdens, and fundamental infrastructure deficiencies. Then, Siddharth's persona intervenes and queries what the complainants do to address these problems. Then he remembers Senapathy (Kamal Haasan), a formidable vigilante who appears to have withdrawn to the mountains, and who was his childhood hero.
