Amidst the Israel-Palestine conflict, Bella Hadid is suing Adidas for their 1972 Munich Olympic shoe advertisement.

(Images) On May 23, 2024, US model Bella Hadid arrives in Cannes, southern France, for the 77th edition of the Cannes Film Festival, where she will be watching "L'Amour Ouf" (Beating Hearts). Adidas announced on July 19, 2024, that Bella Hadid, a staunch supporter of Palestine, had been removed from an ad campaign for retro sneakers that referenced the 1972 Munich Olympics, which were marred by the murder of Israeli participants.

Bella Hadid, who calls herself a "Proud Palestinian," is reportedly preparing to sue Adidas even though she had no idea what the new commercial was about.

Insiders now believe that Bella Hadid engaged a legal team to sue Adidas, starting her legal war with the athletic equipment business.

After being linked to the current, disturbing SL72 ad, the fashion model took legal action against the athleticwear behemoth for its lack of public accountability. The advertisement honors the 52nd anniversary of the Munich Olympics in 1972 by highlighting the return of the company's "coveted classic" range of 1970s sneakers.
