Recently, Javed Akhtar bought a home in Mumbai's affluent Juhu neighborhood. According to paperwork obtained by SquareYards.com, the screenwriter-lyricist paid ₹7.76 crore for a ready-to-move-in flat measuring roughly 111.43 square meters. The deal, which was finalized on July 2nd, came with a ₹30,000 registration charge and a stamp duty of ₹46.02 lakh.
