Miley Cyrus made history on Sunday by becoming the youngest Disney Legend ever as one of the 14 honorees at the D23 fan event. The 31-year-old singer honored Hannah Montana, the lead character from the popular Disney Channel series, in her heartfelt address. When the Flowers hitmaker was just 13 years old in 2006, she landed the legendary role.

During the conference at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California, Cyrus took the stage following Lainey Wilson's rendition of her hit song, "The Best of Both Worlds." The 12,000-strong crowd gave the Wrecking Ball singer a standing ovation, and she declared, "I'm definitely going to cry."
