Christina Aguilera performed live in honor of the 25th anniversary of her debut album, and Sabrina Carpenter talked about how Aguilera influenced her when she was younger.

Christina Aguilera collaborated with Spotify to commemorate the 25th anniversary of her self-titled debut album. She performed live versions of some of her most well-known songs with a live band and supporting vocalists. Ron Fair, Senior VP of A&R at RCA Records, who is recognized for having found the singer, and she got back together to relive the nostalgia of her early professional days. In addition, she invited Sabrina Carpenter to perform her album's second song, What a Girl Wants.

Sabrina discusses how Aguilera influenced her as a young girl.

As part of the festivities, the Espresso singer reflected on the influence Aguilera had on her as a young girl. "I think the first time I ever heard your voice was [when] my mom played me a video of you singing at eight years old, 'A Sunday Kind of Love,'" Sabrina said, referring to her 1990 Star Search participation when she was ten years old.
