Affordable housing is being sold as of right now. These are situated in the Konkan Region, which include portions of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), and Pune.

The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) plans to start selling 18,920 affordable homes in Pune and the Konkan Region, which includes districts like Raigad and portions of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) like Thane, Vasai, Virar, and Mira Road. The cost of these homes ranges from ₹12 crore to ₹1.11 crore.

The most expensive apartment available under the MHADA lottery is in Pimpri and costs ₹1.11 crore, while the cheapest flat is in Urse, which is close to Lonavala, and only ₹12 lakh.

The ₹1.11 crore apartment in the Higher Income Group category is approximately 700 square feet in size, while the ₹12 lakh apartment in the Economic Weaker Section (EWS) group is approximately 300 square feet in size.

In addition to 18,920 units of affordable housing, MHADA is selling 117 sites in the Konkan area.



12,626 of the 18,920 affordable housing units—11,187 of which are first-come, first-served—are available in the Konkan Region.
