In a recent interview that was designed to be a lie detector test, Ariana Grande denied ever having a breast augmentation or nose operation.

In a recent interview, Ariana Grande refuted all the claims that she had plastic surgery with her Wicked co-star Cynthia Erivo. The actor-singer was asked if she completed any work in a recent Vanity Fair interview that was set up like a lie detector exam. She answered honestly, saying that she has always been "open" about her beauty secrets.

Cynthia questioned Ariana whether she worked on anything to feel more popular during one of the interview segments. She responded by saying, "No." A surgery on the breasts? "No, can you imagine?" was her response. When asked if she had had a facelift, she said, "No, not yet. I'm available.
