According to news agency PTI, a 21-year-old student pursuing a Masters of Computer Applications (MCA) at the National Institute of Technology (NIT) in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, has not been seen in two weeks.
Her parents have asked the Madhya Pradesh government for assistance in finding her. They are headquartered in Indore.
Strangely, they claimed that their daughter Ojasvi had sent them a letter outlining the psychological abuse and academic pressure she experienced after becoming a class representative before she vanished from her NIT hostel on September 15.
Since she vanished, Ojasvi has also turned off her cell phone. Her parents appealed to the government of Madhya Pradesh and the police in Indore after attempting in vain to locate their daughter with the aid of the Tamil Nadu police.
