Nagarjuna arrived before a local Hyderabad court at Nampally on Tuesday afternoon to record his statement. Accompanying him were his wife Amala and Naga Chaitanya.

On Tuesday, actor Nagarjuna made an appearance before a Hyderabad local court to provide a statement on the ₹100 crore criminal defamation lawsuit he filed against Telangana Minister Konda Surekha for her remarks regarding his son Naga Chaitanya and Samantha Ruth Prabhu's divorce. Nagarjuna arrived in the Nampally court in the afternoon, escorted by his spouse Amala and Naga Chaitanya.

Nagarjuna had filed a complaint regarding Surekha under Article 356 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). Last week, Surekha caused a sensation when she said that Samantha and Naga's 2021 divorce was due to BRS leader KT Rama Rao.
