After the Oscars, Sabrina Carpenter just wants to go home with Cillian Murphy.

The singer of "Nonsense" gushed about the recent Oscar winner in an amusing interview with Vanity Fair.


Sabrina Carpenter is spouting gibberish because she adores Cillian Murphy so much.

The pop singer praised Murphy's praises and told Vanity Fair what she would do if she ran into the Oscar-winning Oppenheimer star at an afterparty on Sunday night (March 10), while she was getting ready for the Academy Awards festivities.

"I'm going to leave the party if I see Cillian Murphy." Most likely going to go with him," she joked. "To see where he lives, I'm going to depart at the same time as him, but I won't be leaving with him. so I can track his vehicle.”
Alongside another Irishman who was nominated for an Oscar, Carpenter walked the red carpet at the Vanity Fair Oscars party: Barry Keoghan. Keoghan, who most recently starred in the "Murder on the Dancefloor" revival Saltburn, received a nomination for best supporting actor at the 95th Academy Awards for his role in The Banshees of Inisherin, while Murphy won best picture for his outstanding performance as J. Robert Oppenheimer in the Christopher Nolan-directed film Oppenheimer on Sunday.
